Ban Haad Sai is a luxurious, tropical beach front villa with spectacular sea views overlooking Koh Samui's inspiring Golden Buddha Temple. The property sits right by a 3km white sand beach that's perfect for year round swimming. The villa also features a private pool surrounded by tropical gardens with stunning sunsets that add to the unique appeal. 

The villa's two spacious mirror pavilions are linked by a large wooden deck and landscaped courtyard. The villa features 7 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Two master suites overlook the pool and beach, with sumptuous indoor bathrooms and secluded outdoor Balinese tubs and showers. 

The western pavilion is furnished and equipped to the highest standard with delightful Asian antiques and a attache AV room featuring state-of-the-art entertainment systems.  

The eastern pavilion boasts a fully fitted kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas and a comfortably furnished living space with full amenities.  Sliding doors from the living areas and main bedrooms open onto large teakwood decks, ideal for either dining or reclining. Surrounded by lush vegetation with mature tropical plants and trees, a careful design guarantees individual peace and privacy throughout the property. 

The 12-metre pool includes a sunbathing area equipped with deck furniture, loungers and umbrellas - all this overlooking the beach. While at the entrance to the villa, a separate building houses a further guest bedroom and fully equipped private gym  The villa is serviced by 3 resident full time staff who can organize everything from a candle-lit beach dinner or garden BBQ to a stylish dinner party with exquisite dishes prepared by a qualified Thai Chef.  

Ban Haad Sai is an ideal choice for family gatherings or groups up to 12 adults. Special arrangements available for smaller groups.
