The company has various estates under management, including the prestigious Samui Summit Estate which has been under White Rose Samui management since its opening in 2007 ( http://www.samuisummitestate.com ). White Rose Samui also provides estate management to the exclusive Shambala Estate on the west part of Samui in Baan Makham and previously provided estate management services (and set up all the systems) to the luxury Samujana Estate, until it established its own in-house capability.

Our services include, but aren't necessarily limited to, provision and maintenance of essential services (e.g. water supply and electricity supply) with monthly payment on behalf of the Estate, gardening of all common areas, maintenance of all common areas of the Estate such as roads, communal walls, entrance ways, special features (waterfalls, fountains etc), drains and telephone/wi fi services (where applicable). Owner invoicing for monthly maintenance and service fees, utilities etc, regular accounting, as agreed, for the Villa Owners as represented by an Owners' Committee, maintenance of sinking funds and distribution of funds on instruction from the Committee, regular scheduled meetings with the Owners' Committee and the execution of instructions as given and agreed by the Owners from time to time.
