Situated on the southern side of the summit itself, Hill Villa No.15 has a spectacular view down over Choeng Mon bay and its environs. No. 15 is one of three Villas left for sale out of the 15 individually designed Villas on the top of the Estate.

This five bedroom Villa, with a south eastern aspect, has the morning sun flooding the east facing terrace and the afternoon sun giving plenty of rays for good sunbathing around the pool. In fact there is so much sun we have added an additional shaded area by the Master bedroom to allow for outside breakfast dining in the shade.

With an entrance from the road above the villa one descends into the property. As you walk into the main living and dining area the incredible view is right in front of you.
