Situated at the upper end of the Plantation Villas, No. 9 is on the west side of the drive on the way to the top of the Estate. As the original showhouse, No 9 is the last of the ten Balinese-inspired Plantation Villas left for sale, and offers a walk-in opportunity, complete with all furnishings and mature landscaped gardens.

The master bedroom also has a private outside shower garden and the views from the master bedroom terrace are down over the Big Buddha and Bang Rak coves.

The living and dining areas have ceiling fans and all living areas and bedrooms have large sliding full length glassdoors accessing outside terrace areas. All sliding doors and windows incorporate independent sliding screens.

The downstairs live in maids area is self contained with independent access and includes a large bedroom, living area, kitchen and bathroom.

Underneath the villa is a covered carport big enough for two large vehicles and with substantial storage capability.

Villa No 9 has a southern aspect and gets the early morning sun on the western side of the terrace and the late afternoon sun on the whole terrace. It also affords wonderful primary views over the hills towards Chaweng. The Villa is conveniently close to the Estate restaurant/bar and management office.
