Villa Claire offers an open-plan living area to enjoy the best of indoor and outdoor living. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and is an ideal setting to brush up your cooking skills. It extends into a dining area fitted with a dining table. The living room has a comfy sofa facing the TV, which is fully equipped with IPTV. There is also a sound system for music. The full Wi-Fi coverage can be reached from every corner of the villa. Outside is a neat garden with beautiful views. The villa also has its own private pool surrounded by sun loungers. The terrace is perfect to enjoy the scenic surroundings. Guests can also enjoy BBQ and watch the sun go down from the gazebo. There is also private parking for the convenience of the guests.

Location Description

Villa Claire is located in the north of Koh Samui, within 5 minute drive from the Bophut beach. The villa puts you in close proximity to Fisherman’s Village, once a sleepy village but now bustling with outdoor shopping and eating complex and offering a wide range of street food and souvenirs. A 10 minute drive will bring you to another famous beach on the island – Chaweng beach with its spread of water sports, beach bars, pubs and nightlife. The villa is ideally positioned for a truly intimate escape while putting you within easy distance of the best of what the island has to offer.

To validate a booking request the guest must make the deposit payment within a 5 banking days period. If the funds are not received within a 5 banking days period, WRMC reserves the right to void the guest’s booking request and allocates the villa to another guest.
The below deposits, applicable to all villas must be received by WRMC:

During Low – Shoulder – High Season:

- An initial deposit of thirty percent (30%) must be paid to confirm a booking for rentals beginning more than 45 days after the date of
booking request.
- A total rental amount (100%) is payable to confirm a booking for rentals beginning 45 days or less after the date of booking request.
- Where a thirty percent (30%) deposit applies the guest must pay the remaining seventy percent (70%) balance not less than 45 days
before scheduled arrival date.

During Peak Season/ Christmas & New Year:

- An initial deposit of fifty percent (50%) must be paid to confirm a booking for rentals beginning more than 60 days after the date of
booking request.
- A total rental amount of one hundred percent (100%) is payable to confirm a booking for rentals beginning 60 days or less after the
date of booking request.
- Where a fifty percent (50%) deposit applies the guest must pay the remaining fifty percent (50%) balance not less than 60 days
before scheduled arrival date.


Payments and Security Deposits:
Payments are to be done to WRMC via international bank transfer, nett of all bank charges.
A security deposit may be payable to WRMC with the payment of the balance. The standard security deposit required for each property is stated in the property description, however WRMC has the right impose a different requirement on a case by case basis. Access to the property may be refused if security deposit is not paid in full. The security deposit will normally be refunded at the end of a rental period, after deducting:
- All additional expenses incurred on the guest’s behalf (e.g. additional charges for goods, services and staff which have not been
directly paid by the guest, and telephone and internet charges, if applicable)
- The cost of replacement or repair for any loss or damage to the property or its surrounds or contents caused during the rental period.
If this cost cannot be reasonably determined prior to guest’s departure, WRMC is entitled to withhold a reasonable estimate from
the guest’s security deposit, and will return any balance to the guest as soon as possible after the actual cost has been determined.

In the event that a guest cancels a confirmed booking, this has to be notified in writing (e-mail acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date the written confirmation is received. f the dates of a booking require to be amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. Any changes to the original reservation is subject to approval of WRMC. The below cancellation charges also apply if WRMC cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. For no-show, 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited. Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with WRMC.
The following cancellation charges will generally apply depending on the period of stay:

During Low – Shoulder – High Season:

30 days or more before arrival date:

- All payments are forfeited but credited for 12 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by WRMC reservations.
The credit value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved.

Within 1 and 29 days before arrival date:

- All rental payments are forfeited.

During Peak Season/ Christmas & New Year:

75 days or more before arrival date:

- All payments are forfeited but credited for 12 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by WRMC reservations.
The credit value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved.

Within 1 and 74 days before arrival date:

- All rental payments are forfeited.


Alterations and Cancellations by WRMC:
Though it is unlikely that WRMC will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, WRMC shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, it the properties are damaged or rendered unusable WRMC will endeavour to locate guests to an alternative property for the period required but no guarantee is given that this can be done. However, if this is not possible, or guests do not wish to be transferred, WRMC will cancel the booking and refund in full, less any bank transfer charges, the amount paid to WRMC for the villa. WRMC shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
