With Samui Summit Estate under management WRMC for the past five years, and pre opening before that, WRMC has experience in dealing with Estate related issues that can come up on a daily basis.
WRMC will evaluate any Estate or Villa complex and submit a proposal for management to the owners dependant on each individual Estates characteristics and inherent features.
As no two Estates are the same, although there are obviously common features, this approach is necessary to allow for any special requirements that the Estate may have.
Our services include, but are necessarily limited to, provision and maintenance of essential services (e.g. water supply and electricity supply) and monthly payment on behalf of the Estate, gardening of all common areas, maintenance of all common areas of the Estate such as roads, communal walls, entrance ways, special features (waterfalls, fountains etc) drains, telephone/wi fi services where applicable, owner invoicing for monthly maintenance and service fees, utilities etc, regular accounting as agreed for the Villa Owners as represented by an Owners committee, maintenance of sinking funds and distribution of funds on instruction from the committee, regular scheduled meetings with the Owners Committee and the execution of instructions as given and agreed by the Owners from time to time.
