With Samui Summit Estate under management WRMC for the past five years, and pre opening before that, WRMC  has experience in dealing with Estate related issues that can come  up on a daily basis.

WRMC will evaluate any Estate or Villa complex and submit a proposal for management to the owners dependant on each individual Estates characteristics and inherent features.

As no two Estates are the same, although there are obviously common features, this approach is necessary to allow for any special requirements that the Estate may have.

Our services include, but are necessarily limited to, provision and maintenance of essential services (e.g. water supply and electricity supply) and monthly payment on behalf of the Estate, gardening of all common areas, maintenance of all common areas of the Estate such as roads, communal walls, entrance ways, special features (waterfalls, fountains etc) drains, telephone/wi fi services where applicable, owner invoicing for monthly maintenance and service fees, utilities etc, regular accounting as agreed for the Villa Owners as represented by an Owners committee, maintenance of sinking funds and distribution of funds on instruction from the committee, regular scheduled meetings with the Owners Committee  and the execution of instructions as given and agreed by the Owners from time to time.

We are pleased to be able to offer to our guests the exclusive use of our privately-owned twenty one foot aluminium speedboat, Blue Bird.  The boat is great fun for families, perfect for beach hopping and water sports such as wake-boarding or donut riding and it also has fishing rod eyes for guests interested in a spot of sea fishing.  The boat has a 115 HP Suzuki outboard engine and partial cover providing shade from the sun, and can be operated easily off any beach or pier. The boat will take six people in total, including the driver. Special rates to our guests are as follows:-

Full day rate: Baht 15,000 (09:00 – 17:00)

Half day rate: Baht 8,000 (4 hours)

Hourly rate: Baht 2,500 (per hour or part thereof)

There is a one off charge of 3,000 baht for launching and uplifting the boat, but this is waived if the boat is already in the water. Charges include the provision of the driver/boat-boy, fuel and life jackets.
