Set high on the lush green slopes of Samui’s mountainous north-west coast, 45 minutes from the airport, Splash is one of three exceptional luxury villas ‘Lime Samui’ designed by multi-award-winning GFAB Architects. With 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms for up to 14 guests, the villa is designed over several-levels, stepping dramatically down the hillside with an expansive, dazzling white terrace and 20-metre infinity pool as the social focal point.

The ‘Great Room’ connects elegant living and dining areas with a fully-fitted western-style show kitchen for breakfast and casual dining. Large comfortable sofas sit snugly in a sunken lounge with a large flat-screen TV and opposite, a dining table for up to 14. An open staircase ascends to a study with private terrace and panoramic views.

Merging indoor and outdoor living with folding glass doors, this area opens directly onto the pool terrace where shaded day beds and sun loungers capture the cooling coastal breezes and a covered sala is the perfect spot for al fresco dining and poolside barbecues.

Bedrooms overlook the view with king-size beds, and indoor-outdoor rain shower bathrooms, and Jacuzzi bathtubs in the case of the upper level suites. Cool sandstone terrazzo combines with blonde and dark polished wood finishes for an uncluttered, comfortable ambience in the upper level suites, while Balinese stone
in pale lime hues, provides a distinctive design for others, and throughout the villa.

Stylish contemporary furnishings complement the architectural style and Thai-inspired accents provide a subtle sense of place to this “ΰber” cool villa.

Splash offers plenty to keep you and your party entertained, day and night. A games room comes with a full-size billiard table for snooker and pool, and a plush home cinema invites you and your guests, up to 14, to sit-back and enjoy hundreds of movies while popcorn and snacks are served.
