At one end of the pool terrace a covered sala with built-in barbecue is the place for al fresco dining overlooking the view or one of the island’s famous blazing orange sunsets.

A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $1,000.00. Rules
In Peak season the payment terms are 50% deposit to confirm the reservation. Balance payment is due 60 days days prior to arrival.
If the reservation is within 75 days of the commencement of the booking, then full payment will be due to secure the booking.
Depending on how many people are booked for the villa will depend how many bedrooms are open for use. You will be in the villa exclusively and no other party will be on site while you are, BUT you will be restricted to the number of people/bedrooms booked. All public areas will be open for your party’s exclusive use.
If the number of guests are greater than for the number originally booked, then the additional guests will be charged. Any charges will need to be paid immediately and failure or refusal to do so may result in the cancellation of the whole booking without refund.
